#Guns Undernet Home Page.

I'd like to redirect people looking for guns related forums and related materials to Buzz's new web site www.the-gunsmith.com/

Buzz has done a lot of work on the site and we are looking forward to it picking up and becoming a great source of information and enjoyment for us all.  Buzz even found a way to get web based (java) access to our chat channel!  You can get to that by the "chat" link below.  This will take you to a new window on the-gunsmith.com's site.  It works great!  Thanks Buzz!

New Info For #guns Ops

This channel was created for the free and open exchange of any and all information related to guns/firearms. Discussions revolve around all aspects including technical, political, social and military. We have a great group of people who frequent the channel, many possessing a great deal of knowledge and are always willing to share that knowledge. You'll also find us to be quite humorous. So pop in and sit for a while. We'd love to have you!

The #guns channel is located on the undernet IRC server. You can get info on how to connect to IRC by clicking on it. Make sure you log onto an undernet server (see program for more details) and then type: /join #guns to get into the channel.

You can get on the channel in several ways.  These include downloading one of several IRC chat clients.  My favorite is mIRC.   Another Popular chat Client is Pirch you can get either of these by following the links.  Remember to connect to an UNDERNET Server.

Once you get on the channel try to remember the following Rules

Always remember, safety first.
  • Rule One: All guns are always loaded.
  • Rule Two: Never let the muzzle cover anything you are not willing to destroy.
  • Rule Three: Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target.
  • Rule Four: Be sure of your target. (Know what it is, what is in line with it, and what is behind it. Never shoot anything you have not positively identified.)
  • For more safety tips check www.handgunsafety.com
